Question: How can I find the admin credentials for a newly created CSP tenant?
Answer: When a new CSP tenant is created, Ingram Micro does not automatically provide admin credentials.
The designated admin contact receives an email from Microsoft or the relevant cloud provider after the tenant is created. The email includes instructions for setting up the admin account and creating a password.
To request a new admin user or update an existing admin user in Xvantage™, the Company Director must submit a support ticket through the Unified Support page.
Include the following information in the request:
Full name of the new admin user
Email address of the new admin user
Ingram Micro account number
Company Director's email signature showing their full name
