This article provides steps on how a customer can sign the Microsoft Agreement in Xvantage.
Process:
To sign the Microsoft Customer Agreement, follow these steps:
Complete your Customer Profile in Xvantage and wait up to 5 minutes for it to refresh.
Select your country from the drop-down list.
Click the invitation link provided by Ingram Micro to authorize us as your Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and agree to the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
Fill out the Inbound Transfer Request—Global—Modern Work NCE Submission Form. You will receive an email from us with your Transfer Request ID.
Contact your current distributor to approve the transfer request and notify us once approved.
After transfer completion, set up the Seamless Move Service Template and Service Plan, then import subscriptions as needed.
If you are placing a new Azure subscription order, make sure to check the box for "Do you accept the Microsoft Agreement" and the Partner Attestation box before saving and continuing your order Xvantage.
