Overview:
This document outlines the steps to find the packing slip for my Order in Xvantage.
Please note: Ingram Micro only retains packing slips for 90 days. After this period has passed, you will not be able to access the packing slip for your order.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Select Orders.
The Orders List will be displayed.
Search for the order using the search bar or the available filters.
Click the IM Order # for the order you want to view.
On the right side of the screen, select Download.
In the Download pop-up window, the packing slip details are displayed.
Select the Download button to download a copy of the packing slip to your system.
