How to Get the Tracking Number for My Order in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to view the tracking number for an Order in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.

3. Select Orders.

4. The Orders List will be displayed.

5. Search for the order using the search bar or the available filters.

6. Click the IM Order # for the order you want to view.

7. The order details will be displayed.

8. Click the Tracking Details tab.

9. Click on the Carrier hyperlink to be redirected to Carrier’s website where Proof of Delivery with signature is visible.

10. Click Download to download a file which contains the entire purchase order information.
