How to Get More Information on Dell Servers in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to acquire more information on Dell Servers from the Xvantage platform.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation pane, click Vendors.

3. Click Dell Technologies. The Dell home page appears.

4. Click on Infrastructure solutions tab.

5. Scroll down to the Dell Servers section.

6. You will see the following:

   • Rack Servers

   • Tower Servers

   • Specialty Servers

7. Click Discover more to read more information about the Dell Servers. 

8. Click Contact Us under each category of Rack Servers, Tower Servers and Specialty Servers to get more information about Dell PowerStore. A new email window appears with a recipient address in the To field.

9. Send your Dell Server related queries to the recipient and wait for a response.
