How to Get More Information on Dell’s Data Protection Services in Xvantage™

This article explains how to acquire more information on Dell’s Data Protection services on the Xvantage for Customers (X4C) platform.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation pane, click Vendors.

3. Click Dell Technologies. The Dell home page appears.

4. Click on Infrastructure solutions tab.

5. Scroll down to Dell Storage & Data Protection.

6. Go to the Data Protection Software section.

7. Click Discover more to read more information about the Dell Protection Software.

8. Click Contact Us. A new email window appears with a recipient address in the To field.

9. Send your Data Protection Software related queries to the recipient and wait for a response.
