How to Order Adobe Subscription with a Flex Discount Promotion in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides instructions on how to modify the quantity of an Adobe subscription and apply a custom flexible discount code in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.

3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Use the search bar to locate the specific subscription.

5. Click the subscription to open its details.

6. On the Subscription Details page, select Change in the upper-right corner.

7. Select Quantity.

8. Use the search bar to locate the specific product.

9. Enter the required quantity.

10. Click Next.

11. The Vendor Mandatory Information will be displayed.

12. Click Next.

13. In the Vendor Mandatory Information section, locate the Custom Flexible Discount Code field.

14. Enter ADOBE_ALL_PROMOTION in the Custom Flexible Discount Code field.

    Note: If you do not enter a specific discount code, Xvantage automatically applies the best available discount code.

16. Verify that the custom flexible discount code has been successfully applied.

17. Select Place Order to submit the order.
