How to Check Who Placed an Order in the Order Status Tracking Page in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to view the user who placed an order by enabling the Order Placed By column on the Order Status Tracking (OST) page in Xvantage.

The Order Placed By column is especially useful for partner accounts with multiple users, as it helps identify which user submitted a specific order.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select My Business > Orders.

3. On the Order Status Tracking (OST) page, click Columns/Edit Columns next to Filters.

4. In the panel that opens, select the Order Placed By checkbox.

5. Click Save to apply your changes.

6. The Order Placed By column is displayed on the Order Status Tracking page, allowing you to view the user who placed each order.
