Overview:
This article explains how to access the IM Commissions portal and submit a support request or inquiry to the IM Commissions team through Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business.
Select Commissions.
The IM Partner Portal opens in a new browser tab.
In the left navigation pane, select Contact Us
.The Ingram Micro Commissions - Opening of Occurrences form opens.
Complete the required fields:
Dealer Name
Name of Requester
Requester’s Email
Contact phone number
Reseller’s CNPJ
How we can help - select the option that best matches your request
Ingram Micro Invoice
Click Send to submit your request.
Your inquiry is submitted to the IM Commissions team for review and follow-up.
Note: Ensure all required information is provided, including the invoice number and reseller details, to help expedite the review process.
