Overview:
This document will help you to upgrade an existing Microsoft Subscription by unlocking advanced features and increased capacity in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Go to My business from the left menu.
Click on Subscriptions.
Search for a Microsoft subscription in the search field by typing vendor name or specific number.
A list with all subscriptions based on your criteria search will appear.
Under each subscription number in Subscription column there is Growth Opportunity option. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the Overview of the selected subscription.
The suggested options will appear in the Growth Opportunity area.
If you can proceed, the Upgrade Now button will be active. If you cannot update this subscription, the Upgrade Now button will not be active.
By clicking on Upgrade Now button a subscription overview will appear with information of the existing subscription and information of the upgrade opportunity with a price and unit option.
Select Effective date:
Immediately after confirmation: Changes order will be created and provisioning will start immediately after confirmation.
On subscription renewal day: Change order will be rescheduled for the subscription’s renewal day.
Click on Confirm to proceed with the subscription upgrade.
Note: You can now select a different subscription period when upgrading within the same Microsoft plan. The upgrade flow once again supports choosing a new period during upgrades, restoring expected flexibility when modifying existing subscriptions and ensuring smoother subscription management.
