How to View and Manage Your Profile in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to view and manage your profile details in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click your profile icon (with your initials), then select Account Settings.

3. You will be directed to the Account Settings page, which consists of multiple tabs for managing different aspects of your account. 

4. Under the Account Settings page, select the Profile details tab.

5. You can view your primary contact information such as:

   • First name and Last name

     • Note: Username field is greyed out as username cannot be modified.

   • E-mail address

   • Mobile number

   • Phone number

6. Click the pencil icon to edit the information.

7. Click Save to save the details.
