How to View Sales Terms and Conditions of an Order in Xvantage™

Overview:

Refer to this knowledge base article to review the sales terms and conditions related to an order in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business. Then, select Orders.

3. Find the order you want to view by choosing a search parameter and using the search field, or by applying the order filters that are available.

4. Once found, just click on the reseller PO# to view the complete order information.

5. Within the Order Summary tab, scroll down to the Sales Terms and Conditions.
