How to View the History of a Microsoft Subscription in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article outlines how to access the History details of a Microsoft Subscription.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Navigate to the left panel and select My Business.

3. Click on Subscriptions.

4. Search for a Microsoft subscription in the search field by typing vendor name or specific number.

5. A list with all subscriptions based on your criteria search will appear.

6. Select a subscription by clicking on the blue subscription number (hyperlink) in the Subscription column. The subscription will load on the page.

7. On the Subscription management page select History.

8. Order history details will appear:

   • Created (date of order creation)

   • Status

   • Order type

   • Order number

   • Total (order price)

   • View

9. If you click on View, you can access the Order details of the Resellers PO.
