Question 1: What is Cisco VRI Autopopulate?

Answer: Cisco VRI Autopopulate is a feature that automatically retrieves and populates end customer information based on the Cisco Deal ID entered during the ordering process. After you add the Deal ID and select Save and Continue, Cisco and internal systems are used to prefill the VRI details, reducing manual data entry and helping streamline order submission.

Question 2: If VRI details are auto-populated, what information must still be entered by the user?

Answer: Even when the VRI information is automatically populated, the user must still provide the required provisioning details, including the provisioning email address and requested start date. The user should also review any fields flagged for confirmation, validate or update the information as needed, and then select Save and Continue to proceed to checkout.

Question 3: What to do with the Duo offer error?

Answer: If you encounter this error notification, follow the step — eliminate the Duo subscription order from the purchase.
