Question 1: What should be checked when a bid is not visible in COP or CRM?
Answer: If bid is not visible in COP – speak to the vendor and ask them to republish it, most cases show the vendor hasn't sent it to us yet.
Question 2: What causes a bid to appear in feeds when it should not be visible?
Answer: Check the Vendor Program assigned in COP tool, if a Company wide or Branch program, check the customer groups mapped under Bid reseller/Company Branch tab. If it shouldn’t be on feeds at all and should be selectable, but is assigned to a Branch program, report to GDE team that the vendor program allocated to the bid is likely incorrect.
