How to Access and View the Order Exception Dashboard in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to access and view the order exception dashboard in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Dashboard from the sub-menu under Orders section.

5. The Order Exception Dashboard page will be displayed.

6. The dashboard displays the following information:

   • KPIs at a Glance

   • Hold Status Details
