How to Download the Order Exception Dashboard in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to download the Order Exception Dashboard in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Dashboard from the sub-menu under Orders section.

5. The Order Exception Dashboard page appears.

6. Click the ellipsis (:) at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

7. Click Download.

8. The Download X4A Order Exception dashboard v1.0 dialog box appears.

9. Select the desired format:

   • CSV

   • PDF - If selected you must choose the paper size.

10. Click Download.

11. The download will start automatically, and the file will be saved to your Downloads folder.
