How to Access Exception Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to access Exception Management dashboard in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Select Exception Management from the sub-menu under Catalog section.

5. The page will load and you can start managing the catalog data.
