How to Hide Columns in Hyperscaler Listings in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can hide columns in Hyperscaler listings in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Hyperscaler Listings.

5. Switch to the correct tab that you want to view – Vendor or Ingram Micro.

6. Except for the Listing Name column, hover over the column that you need to hide.

7. Click the ellipsis icon for the column, then select Hide Column.

8. The column will be hidden. For it to be visible again, refresh the page.
