How to Manage Columns in Hyperscaler Listings in Xvantage for Associates

This article provides the steps on how you can manage the columns in Hyperscaler Listings in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). By doing so, you may customize your view according to your needs.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Hyperscaler Listings.

5. Switch to the correct tab that you want to view – Vendor or Ingram Micro.

6. Hover over any column to display the ellipsis icon.

7. Click the ellipsis icon then select Manage Columns.

8. A small pop-up window will appear, letting you customize the columns.

9. Tick the applicable check box of the columns that you want to be hidden or displayed.
