How to Manage the X4C Visibility of the Hyperscaler Listing in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how you can manage the X4C visibility of a hyperscaler listing in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Hyperscaler Listings under the Catalog section.

5. Switch to the Ingram Micro tab.

6. Use the search bar to find the specific listing for which you want to manage X4C visibility.

7. The search results will be displayed.

8. Under the X4C Visibility column, toggle the button to manage the listing's visibility on the Xvantage platform.

   • Blue means visible

   • Greyed out means not visible
