How to Access Order Status Tracking via Widget in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This guide explains how to access the Order Status Tracking page using the Order Status Tracking widget on the X4A home page.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. From the X4A home page, choose Persona Agnostic view displaying all available widgets.

4. Locate the Order status tracking widget.

5. Click the Track orders button.

6. You will be redirected to the Order Status Tracking page.
