Overview:
This article outlines the steps to access and download the Sales Hold Orders Report in X4A (Xvantage for Associates), including options for downloading the full report or specific sections.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select Shippable under Orders.
Click Sales Hold. A standard report view appears that includes the following information: Aging, Order Summary, and SKU Detail Summary.
Subtopic 1: How to Download the Entire Sales Hold Order Report
Process:
Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) located beside the filters.
Select Download. A dialog box appears.
Select the desired format:
CSV
PDF – If selected, you must also choose a paper size from the drop-down
Click Download. The file gets downloaded automatically and is saved in your Downloads folder.
Subtopic 2: How to Download Specific Data in Sales Hold Order Report
Process:
Hover your mouse to the right side of the specific tile (for instance, Aging). A small ellipsis icon (⋮) appears.
Click it and select Download Data. A dialog box appears.
Select the desired format
Format – Choose from CSV or PDF.
Advanced Data Options:
Results – With visualizations or as displayed in data table
Data Values – Formatted or Unformatted
Number of Rows to Include – Current result table, All results, or Custom
Click Download. The download begins automatically, and the report is saved in your Downloads folder.
