How to View the Credit Hold Orders in Backorder Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to view the credit hold orders in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Shippable.

5. Switch to the Credit hold tab to view the aging, order summary and SKU details summary.
