How to View the Sales Hold Orders in Backorder Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will explain step by step how you can find all backorders that are on Sales hold in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Click Shippable.

5. The first tab that opens by default is the Shippable order dashboard. 

6. Click the Sales hold tab to view the aging, order summary and SKU details summary.
