How to View and Manage Business Functions in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to access and manage Business Functions in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). You can use the Business Functions page to view available functions, filter and sort results, export business function data, and check the countries where a feature is currently live.

Process:

Subtopic 1: Access Business Functions

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
- Alternative: Open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In Xvantage for Associates, select Administration from the left navigation menu.
Click Business Functions.
The Business Functions page opens and displays all available business functions.

Subtopic 2: Filter Business Functions

Use filters to quickly find specific business functions.

Available filters include:

Business Function
Feature
Domain
Country
Module

To apply a filter:

Select a filter.
Search for and select the required value.
The results update automatically based on your selection.

To remove all applied filters, click Clear Filters.

Subtopic 3: Sort Business Functions

On the Business Functions page, use the status filter to display:

Enabled
Disabled
All

Select the appropriate option to refine the displayed results.

Subtopic 4: Export Business Functions

To export business function information:

Click Download PDF on the Business Functions page.
A PDF containing the available business functions is downloaded to your device.

The file is typically saved in your default Downloads folder.

Subtopic 5: View Live Countries for a Business Function

Use this option to identify the countries where a feature is currently available.

Enter the feature name in the search field.
Locate the required feature in the results.
Click the question mark (?) icon next to the feature name.

Review the information displayed in the panel on the right. The panel shows the countries where the selected feature is currently live.
