How to Search for Subscriptions Using Quick Filter Tiles in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article illustrates how to search for subscriptions in X4A using quick filter tiles.

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Hover over the left navigation menu. 
Click Sales, then select Subscriptions. 
If you have more than one assigned country, a pop-up window will show prompting you to select the country which you will be browsing invoices for. 
Choose the country from the drop-down menu then click Submit. 
Locate the quick filter tiles above the list of subscriptions.
Browse subscriptions by: Active, Pending, Expire within 30 days, Auto-renew within 30 days, Trial and All based on most popular searches.
Use the BCN Search box to find all the subscriptions for a specific reseller (by typing the reseller number).
Select search criteria such as Subscription ID, End customer, End customer ID, Reseller PO and Agreement ID depending on your preference.
