How to Search for Subscriptions in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article illustrates how to search for subscriptions in X4A.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
3. In the left navigation bar, click on Sales then select Subscriptions. 
4. If you have more than one assigned country, a pop-up window will show prompting you to select the country which you will be browsing subscriptions for.  
5. Choose the country from the drop-down menu then click Submit.  
6. Click the drop-down menu on the left side of the search box.
7. Select your preferred search criteria, such as:
   • Subscription ID
   • End Customer
   • End Customer ID
   • Reseller PO
   • Agreement ID
8. To search all subscriptions for a specific reseller, use the BCN Search box and enter the reseller number.
9. Press Enter on your keyboard to generate the search. The results will appear below.
10. Click the Clear Search button to clear your current search and start a new one.
