Overview:
This document illustrates the steps on how to change options for a subscription in menu Subscriptions in Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Go to the Sales menu from the leftmost menu bar.
Choose Subscriptions button from the drop-down menu.
Search and open the subscription which requires an option to change.
Click on the Change button.
Choose an option - Plan or quantity, Partial upgrade or Co-term Subscription. If more than one plan is available, all available options are displayed as tiles under the section Switch to a better plan. Each tile provides a description of a specific option. Active option is marked as Current plan.
Browse options and choose the best according to the specific request.
Click on Switch to plan.
The button changes from blue to grey and is now named Selected plan.
The button on the previous plan changes from grey to blue and is now named Back to current Plan.
To switch to the new plan, click on Review Order.
Click on Adjust prices if needed or required and make the necessary adjustments.
Finish the task by clicking on Place Order.
To keep the current option, click on Back to current Plan.
