How to View the Subscription Overview in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to view the subscriptions overview in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
3. In the left navigation menu, click Sales, then select Subscriptions. 
4. Search for the specific subscription using the search bar.
5. Click the Subscription ID (a blue hyperlink) below the Subscriptions column.
6. The Subscription Overview will be displayed with the following information:
   • Plan & options
   • Quantity
   • Reseller Cost
   • Reseller Margin
   • Customer Price
