How to View Subscription List in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to view subscription list in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. In the left navigation bar, click on Sales then select Subscriptions. 

4. Browse every subscription available, including information about Reseller, End customer, Subscription (name, reference and term/billing period), Reseller PO, Term/Billing Period , Start date, End Date and Status.

5. Use the BCN Search box to find all subscriptions for a specific reseller (by typing the reseller number).

6. Select search criteria such as Subscription ID, End customer, End customer ID, Reseller PO and Agreement ID depending on your preference.
