How to Access Subscriptions in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to access subscriptions in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Subscriptions. 

5. The Subscriptions page will be displayed with the following information:

   • Reseller

   • End Customer

   • Subscriptions

   • Reseller PO

   • Term/Billing Period

   • Start Date

   • End Date

   • Status

6. There are also tabs for specific subscription status such as:

   • Active

   • Pending

   • Trial

   • All
