How to View the Billing of a Subscription in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to view the billing of a subscription in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
3. In the left navigation menu, click Sales, then select Subscriptions. 
4. Search for the specific subscription using the search bar.
5. Click the Subscription ID (a blue hyperlink) below the Subscriptions column.
6. Click the Billing tab.
7. The payment method will be displayed, indicating when the plan will be automatically renewed.
