How to View the Customer Details of a Subscription in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to view the customer details in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
3. In the left navigation menu, click Sales, then select Subscriptions. 
4. Search for the specific subscription using the search bar.
5. Click the Subscription ID (a blue hyperlink) below the Subscriptions column.
6. Click the Customer Details tab.
7. The following details will be displayed:
   • Company
   • Account ID
   • Tax ID
   • Reseller Account ID
   • Administrative
   • Billing
   • Technical
