How to View the History of a Subscription in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to view the history of a subscription in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. In the left navigation menu, click Sales, then select Subscriptions. 

4. Search for the specific subscription using the search bar.

5. Click the Subscription ID (a blue hyperlink) below the Subscriptions column.

6. Click the History tab.

7. The Subscription History will be displayed with the following information:

   • Created date

   • Status

   • Order Type

   • Order Number

   • Total
