How to View Order Details in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This process provides the steps on how you can view full orders details in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Click on Order Management under the Orders section.

5. A list with all orders appears. Switch between all the available tabs that you want to view.

6. Using the search box, locate the order that you want to check by typing in any related keyword or the reseller PO.

7. Once located, click on the order’s IM Order # (hyperlink).

8. You will be directed to the order details page.
