Overview:
This document outlines the steps to navigate my homepage within Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left side menu options, Home is selected by default.
Just below Home on the left side you have various menu options to explore within the Xvantage platform. For instance, choosing My business will direct you to a set of more options from where you can choose the desired one.
Just below your name, there are Quick links or shortcuts available. Selecting the desired link will direct you to that specific page.
There is a main Search field on the top of the screen which helps you search for products using keywords, VPN, or IM SKU numbers.
On the right side of the screen, the heart icon is used to display your Favourite products if already added to this list.
The graph icon appearing next to the heart icon, displays the details of Quick insights.
Then, to the right side of the Home screen, you will find the Profile icon when clicked displays your Reseller ID, Username, and My Account Details.
Select Customize to view the widgets that you wish to display on your home screen.
You can select the Home button from the left menu from anywhere on the Xvantage platform to return to the Home screen.
Apart from these Home screen elements, scroll-down to view the Featured Vendors of Ingram, My shortcuts, News, Just for you, Solutions, Services and Events.
Also, Top picks for you section provides list of products that you have purchased already, recommendations for other products, and near for you.
Ingram Company Information is also provided for you to view and use the details to contact us for future use.
