How to Pay an Order or Invoice by Credit Card in Xvantage™

Overview

This article explains how to pay an order or invoice using a credit card in Xvantage™, including how to access the payment page and enter the required payment information.

Process

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, select your profile icon.

3. Under My Account, select Credit Card.

4. On the Select Order/Invoice to Pay page, enter the required information:

   • Ingram Micro Order/Invoice Number - Enter the order or invoice number beginning with 21 and without hyphens (for example, 21AB3DE11).

   • Amount including VAT (EUR) - Enter the total amount, including VAT, that you want to pay.

   • Email address - Enter the email address where the payment confirmation and status notifications should be sent.

5. Review the entered information for accuracy.

6. Click Pay to proceed with the payment.
