  1. Scope

  2. Out of Scope Notes and Limitations

1. Scope

  • Adobe Products for Imports: Adobe subscriptions for customers with AutoRenew enabled.

    • Out of Scope: Adobe Stock Credit Packs, Adobe subscriptions for customers with AutoRenew disabled.

  • Adobe Products for Transfers: Adobe subscriptions, Adobe Stock Credit Packs with limitations.

  • Subscription Status: Active

    • Out of Scope: Expired, terminated, disabled, or suspended subscriptions.

2. Out of Scope Notes and Limitations

  • User Responsibility: Seamless Move is a convenience tool. It is the user's responsibility not only to verify that all the eligibility criteria and the inputs to an action are correct, but also to check that the output is as expected.

  • Seamless Move Import of Adobe Subscriptions for Customers with AutoRenew Disabled: Adobe VIP Marketplace subscriptions must have Auto-renewal enabled to be eligible for Seamless Move import. Seamless Move will attempt to activate auto-renewal for the subscriptions before importing them and will only proceed to import the subscriptions that have auto-renewal enabled.

  • Seamless Move import or transfer of Adobe Stock Credit Pack subscriptions is not supported, because AutoRenew is Disabled by default and further upsizing, downsizing and cancellations are not supported lifecycle actions. This type of subscriptions will not be displayed in the list of subscriptions to be imported.

  • Adobe 3YC: When importing Adobe 3YC, the platform will by default apply the unit costs and unit prices configured into the marketplace at present (via a Service Plan). Any unit costs and unit prices in effect when the Adobe customer first registered for 3YC are not detected. It is the Seamless Move user’s responsibility to verify that unit costs and unit prices are correct for the Adobe customer.
