Table of contents:

Question 1:  How to Reactivate Terminated or Expired Microsoft Subscription in Xvantage™?

Answer:

Please note that once a Microsoft subscription is terminated, it cannot be reactivated. Therefore, a new order needs to be placed to continue the service.

Question 2: How to Proceed if Your Microsoft Subscription is Terminated or Expired in Xvantage™?

Microsoft maintains customer data for a 90-day retention period after subscription termination. If the new subscription is provisioned within this retention period, the customer should be able to retain access to their existing mailbox data, subject to Microsoft's retention policies.

To ensure a smooth transition, kindly note the following:

  • The same Microsoft product/plan should be purchased.

  • The same billing term should be maintained.

  • The same tenant and domain should be used when placing the new order.

  • The license quantity should not be reduced. Additional licenses can be added if required.

If the above conditions are met, the customer's existing emails and mailbox data should remain available after the new subscription is provisioned.
