Question 1: When does a Legal Review required?
Answer: A Legal Review is required when:
customer payment terms change
vendor payment terms change
revenue recognition differs from the default revenue
recognition for the vendor
Question 2: How can I initiate a Legal Review?
Answer:
When in the quote, mark the field Is Legal Review Required within the summary with YES.
Activate the quote. The status will now be Active with Status Reason Deal Analyzer Under Review. The Deal Analyzer ID will be populated with Deal Type Multi Period Deal.
A document must be uploaded for the legal team to review. Examples are a contract document, terms change, or revenue recognition details details update.
You will receive an email confirming a pending legal review with steps to upload a document in Deal Analyzer.

Answer: You may provide contract document, terms change, or revenue recognition details update.
Question 4: How to upload the documents for the Legal Review?
Answer: While in the Multi Period Deal tab within Deal Analyzer, begin by clicking the appropriate Request ID to open the deal information. Next, scroll down to the Analysis section and select the Legal (Pending) button, which will display the legal details and provide an option to upload the required documentation. Choose the appropriate file and click Upload to submit it. Once the documents are uploaded, a notification is automatically sent to the legal team, and the sales associate’s task is considered complete after all required files are successfully submitted.
Click into a specific deal within Deal Navigator and click the paper clip icon.
This will take you to the Attachments tab. Scroll down and click to upload or drag and drop your attachment.
