Overview:
This process outlines the steps to follow when an associate needs to be removed as a requestor and a new associate must be assigned in their place. The update can be applied to a single deal or across all applicable deals, depending on the business need.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Finance.
Next, select Deal Analyzer.
Note: You must be on the Ingram Micro VPN to access Deal Analyzer.
Once landed on DA dashboard, locate and open the deal. Then, click the Re-assign Requestor button located in the top right corner.
In the Re-assign To field, type at least three characters to search and select the correct Sales Associate from the dropdown list.
Click the Save button to complete the reassignment.

Fill in both the Re-assign From and Re-assign To fields. Type at least three characters in each to search and select the appropriate Sales Associates.
Click the Save button to complete the reassignment.
