How to Access Recommendation Engines in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This document provides the steps on how to access the Engine Tester (Recommendation Engines) on the Xvantage for Associates (X4A) US platform.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Hover over the left navigation menu, then click Sales.

4. Select Engine Tester, under Recommendations.

5. Select an engine to find products to test cross sells and relationship browsing with.

6. To understand what type of recommendation results each engine provides, hover over the information icon next to the engine name.

7. Click on the name of the chosen engine to view.
