How to Quickly Switch between Recommendation Engines in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This document illustrates the steps on how to quickly switch between engines in Engine Tester in Xvantage for Associates.

Process: 

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Withing X4A Hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Engine Tester from the sub-menu.

5. Select the recommendation engine. To understand what type of recommendation results each engine provides, hover over the information icon  next to the engine name.

6. Enter the required information, such as Country, Customer BCN, and/or SKU.

7. Click Generate List to view the recommendation results.

8. Browse the results in the left pane.

9. Click on the pencil icon at the upper right corner of the left results pane to go back to the Select the Recommendation Engine section and choose another engine.
