How to Search by Recommendation Engine in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This document illustrates the steps on how to search by recommendation engine in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Withing X4A Hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Engine Tester from the sub-menu.

5. Select the recommendation engine. To understand what type of recommendation results each engine provides, hover over the information icon next to the engine name.

6. Enter the required information, such as Country, Customer BCN, and/or SKU.

7. Click Generate List to view the recommendation results.
