How to Provide Feedback for a Product in the Left Results Pane for a Specific Engine in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document illustrates the steps on how to provide feedback for a product in the left Results Pane for a specific engine in Engine Tester in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select Engine Tester.
To understand what type of recommendation results each engine provides, hover over the information icon next to the engine name.
Enter the required information, such as Country, Customer BCN, and/or SKU.
Click Generate List to view the recommendation results.
Browse the results in the left pane.
At the bottom left angle of each item’s description, there are Thumbs-up and Thumbs-down icons.
Clicking on the Thumbs-up icon signals the engine that the item is a good recommendation and can be suggested to the customer.
Engines do not recognize the Thumbs-down icon. Clicking the Thumbs-down icon opens an additional Comment field which is optional. A comment describing the reason for the rating can be noted. Feedback goes to the engine developers for statistics and engine improvement purposes.
Both Thumbs-up and Thumbs-down feedback is provided to the other engines to test further and improve their performance.
