How to Provide Feedback for a Product in Cross-Sell Pane for a Specific Engine in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document illustrates the steps on how to provide feedback for a product in Cross-sell Pane for a specific engine in Engine Tester in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select Engine Tester.
Select the Recommendation engine. To understand what type of recommendation results each engine provides, hover over the information icon next to the engine name.
Enter the required information, such as Country, Customer BCN, and/or SKU.
Click Generate List to view the recommendation results.
Choose an item from the left pane.
The right pane loads the Cross-sell menu results. The Cross-sell button should be marked in blue.
Browse the list of results under the blue Cross-sell button before or after filtering.
Check columns Item, Product Description and Confidence to get information about the relationship between the chosen item from the left pane and the ones from the cross-sell list of results according to the engine.
The Confidence column displays the percentage of accuracy for the relationship between the chosen item from the left pane and the ones from the cross-sell list of results according to the engine.
Rate the relationship between the chosen item from the left pane and any item from the cross-sell list of results by using the Rate Match column.
Choose Valid or Invalid.
A field for optional comment opens when clicking on the Invalid button, to put in the reason for the rating.
Both Valid and Invalid feedback is provided to the other engines to test further and improve their performance.
