Overview:
Associates who need a new Oper ID assignment or a correction to an existing Oper ID must submit a request through the CSD portal. An Oper ID is required to perform activities correctly within Xvantage.
Process:
Contact the IS team and request an Oper ID.

The IS team must provide an IMPULSE screenshot displaying:
Your name
Your assigned Oper ID
Access the CSD Portal and create a Request for X4A access.
Complete the request by entering the Oper ID number in the form.
Click Submit to send the request for processing.
Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the Production Support Team will assign or correct the Oper ID within X4A.
Note: Requests submitted without the required IMPULSE screenshot may be delayed until the supporting documentation is provided.
